For all you late night shoppers macaboutique.com is open 24/7, but our store front is open Monday - Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. CST as well as Sunday 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Be assured your orders will be shipped out within two days of your purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Can I pick up my order?
YES! We offer in store pick up (no shipping charge) available for all our items! When you proceed to checkout there will be an "in store pick-up" option to click.
What type of payments do you accept? Is it safe?
We currently accept American Express, Master Card, Visa and PayPal payments. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer exchanges and returns for store credit ONLY. All jewelry, purses, swimwear, and sale items are final sale (no returns or exchanges). All items must be returned within (1) week of the date received for online store credit only. MACA is not responsible for return shipping. Merchandise must have all tags still attached and receipt included. When we receive items to be exchanged we will issue a store credit code to be used for our online store (can not be used in store due to separate inventories). A coupon code will be sent to your email with the amount of your credit. This coupon code expires after 3 months. If you need to exchange for a different size or item be sure to contact MACA by phone or email to see if it is still available.
I had an item in my cart and came back later to find it gone, what happened?
Items placed in your shopping cart are not held or reserved for you until you submit your order completely. Our items sell out quickly so if you find something you love we highly recommend purchasing it quickly!
